Separation inside the duct

When the product runs inside closed ducting, the separator has to live in the line. This housing bolts between flanges and puts staggered rows of rods in the path of everything that passes.

Cleaning works like our bullet housing. Unclamp the door, draw the rods out, wipe them and slide them back. The duct joints are never broken. Rods are available from 7,000 to 13,500 gauss.

  • Magnet material: NdFeB grades N35 and N45; ferrite (3,000 gauss) and Ferrearth (5,000 gauss) versions available
  • Tube: 304 stainless steel, fully welded and polished, watertight
  • Standard diameter: 25.4 mm (1 inch); round, square and triangle sections; lengths to drawing
  • Temperature limit: 100 deg C for rare earth rods
  • Supplied with a tested certificate of magnetic strength
