Overview - Housed Easy Clean Grid Magnetic Separator

Fine iron removed inside a closed housing

The product falls through a hood, passes over the grid and leaves through a cone. The housing is sealed between the hood and the cone, so no dust escapes and nothing gets in. The rods hold nails, wire, rust and fine wear particles.

To clean, release the clamps and lift the grid out. The collected iron is wiped off and the grid goes back in. A double or triple row housing gives more rods in the product path for higher throughput or finer particles.

Common positions are under a silo, at a hopper outlet, and just before packing. The housing is made to your line size in 304 stainless steel and comes with a tested certificate of magnetic strength.
