Two drawers of rods in a flanged in-line housing
- Round flanged inlet and outlet for in-line fitting
- Two sliding drawers of neodymium rods in offset rows
- Toggle clamped door; drawers pull out for cleaning
- Painted mild steel or full stainless steel
- Sized to the line bore and throughput
Overview - Housed Bullet Magnetic Separator
Every path through the housing passes a magnet
Product falls through two rows of rods, offset so that no particle can drop straight through. Nails, wire, swarf and fine iron hold to the rods while the product carries on down the line.
To clean, open the toggle clamped door and draw each drawer out. The rods come clear of the product zone and are wiped down in seconds. The line does not need to be opened.
Used in gravity and lean phase pneumatic lines in milling, plastics, chemicals and food. Made to your bore and flange pattern.
