Overview - High Intensity Magnetic Liquid Traps
Protection for pumps, valves and the product
Liquid enters the trap, passes over a cluster of magnetic rods and leaves through the outlet. Iron and fine wear particles hold to the rods. Nothing is consumed and the flow is unrestricted.
The in-line trap has a 75 mm rod cluster, 250 mm long, with 7 rods. The housed trap has a 150 mm cluster with 9 rods. Both have bolted flanges. A jacketed version keeps a product such as chocolate or syrup warm as it passes.
To clean, release the lid clamps, lift the rod cluster out and wipe the rods. Used for syrups, sauces, oils, coolants, hydraulic oil, liquid chemicals and slurries.
