Overview - Easy Clean Magnetic Grid Separator
Cleaning in seconds, with no tools
In a plain grid the operator scrapes the iron off each rod. In an easy clean grid the magnets sit inside outer tubes. Release the toggle clamps and lift the core frame. The tubes lose their magnetism and the collected iron falls off.
This matters on lines that are cleaned several times a shift, and in food and pharmaceutical plants where the operator should touch the product zone as little as possible.
The grid mounts on a flanged square frame drilled to match the hopper or chute. It is made in 304 stainless steel to your size and comes with a tested certificate of magnetic strength.
