Overview - Permanent Magnetic Lifter
One person, one lever, no slings
Set the lifter on the load and turn the handle. The magnetic field passes into the steel and the load is held. Lift, move, set down, turn the handle back. The load is released and the lifter is ready for the next one.
There is no power supply, so the hold cannot fail in a power cut. The handle locks in the on position. Round loads are rated at half the flat load, and each model has a minimum plate thickness for its full rating. The full table is under Technical Data.
Used in fabrication shops, tool rooms, steel yards and stores, for loading machines and stacking plate.

Every lifter is load tested to three times its safe working load before dispatch. Round load ratings are half the flat rating. Maximum job temperature 80 deg C.
