Permanent Magnetic Lifter
Hand lever lifting magnets from 100 kg to 6,000 kg
A permanent magnetic lifter picks up a steel plate, block or round bar with no chains, slings or clamps. Set it on the load, turn the handle, and lift. Turn the handle back and the load is released.
The magnets are neodymium. There is no power supply and no battery, so the hold cannot fail in a power cut. The handle locks in the on position.
The Maxx range has twelve models from 100 kg to 6,000 kg. Every lifter is tested to three times its safe working load before it leaves the works.
Nobody reaches under the load to fit or release slings. The plate hangs level from one point. Finished surfaces are lifted without marks. One person moves a plate in seconds.
Round loads are rated at half the flat figure. Each model has a minimum plate thickness for its full rating. Keep the contact face clean and the load below 80 degrees Celsius. Our guide on safer lifting covers the checks.
