Sugar Processing

Sugar picks up iron from cane and beet handling, from crushers and screens as they wear, and from repair work. Crystal sugar, syrup and molasses each need a different separator.

Grids and housed grids handle dry crystal sugar after screening and before bagging. Liquid traps handle syrup and molasses in the pipeline. All product contact parts are 304 stainless steel, and every unit comes with a tested certificate of magnetic strength.
