Steel Processing & Handling

Steel plants and stockholders handle heavy plate and bar all day. A permanent magnetic lifter moves a plate with one person and no slings. A magnetic chuck holds a part for grinding or turning with no clamps in the way.

Rolling, sawing, quenching, threading and washing all put fine steel into the process fluid. A magnetic filter takes it out at full flow with no consumables. Magnetic sweepers clear swarf and offcuts from the floor.
